Well, it has been three months since my last CT scan and my anniversary since I was diagnosed with Stage IV melanoma. I am feeling great, and remain with no trace of cancer in my body but we will know next month officially when I go my my Brain MRI and CT scan at Moffitt Cancer Center.
I transferred from Sarah Cannon Cancer Center in Nashville Last month and I am under the care of Dr. Jeffrey Weber. Nice Doctor with a lot of experience specifically with advanced melanoma. I was pleased to know that this doctor was recommended by my previous Oncologist Dr. Jeffrey Infante. I will be posting an interviw I conducte with him where he talks about the Clinical Trials for Melanoma and his opinion in the medical advances for this disease.
On the other hand I continue to follow a specific nutrition protocol made up of 90 percent fruits and vegetable, lots of leafy greens juices and a supplementation of vitamin C, B12 shots and an immune system activator. Currently I am writing a book about my experience with cancer and another one specifically about nutrition and the principles I have learned and applied. It will have a lot of fun recipes for people to learn and try.
Health does not have to be difficult and we all need to learn how to eat the right foods to make us healthy and keep us on this earth the longest without many illnesses. I am my own test rat when it comes to nutrition and it has been such an eye opener to see the changes in my health, my body and my mind.
I now receive calls from all over the USA from patients who are affected by cancer and who would like to eat better food that can assist them to get more energy, healthier, stronger and increase the ability of the body to heal itself. I am so excited to embark on this new chapter of my life and I am so happy to be the vehicle for other people to improve their lives.
Thank you GOD for giving me the journey, the knowledge and the courage!

Hello my old friend. I know it’s been years since we have spoken. Key Bank on Overland seems forever ago. Stay strong as I remember you always were before. My thoughts and prayers are with you through this battle.
